Visible buffer trails and paint haze after full valet
Booked a full valet and machine polish. Under natural daylight, clear buffer trails and hazing are visible along the passenger side. Staff were polite when I collected, but the quality of the finish was far below what was promised.

Dear Thabo, we sincerely apologise for falling short of our detailing standards. We take paint correction defects very seriously. Our Studio Manager has arranged a complimentary re-correction under daylight LED inspection along with a full interior ozone dry-out.
