Average valet experience—some parts great, others skipped
The paintwork and glass came out crystal clear, but the door jams still had dried compound marks and rims were only half wiped down. A mixed bag given the premium tier package.

Unexpected extra fees added to the original quote
Initial quote was reasonable, but final invoice had extra line items for minor surface prep without asking me first. The wash itself was decent, but poor billing transparency and hurried handoff left a bitter taste.

Visible buffer trails and paint haze after full valet
Booked a full valet and machine polish. Under natural daylight, clear buffer trails and hazing are visible along the passenger side. Staff were polite when I collected, but the quality of the finish was far below what was promised.

Average turnaround time
The service quality was good and the vehicle was returned clean. The job took longer than estimated, but the final result was strong and the staff were helpful when I asked for an update.

Good brake repair experience
The team inspected the discs before suggesting replacement work and explained why the pads needed attention. The workshop was clean and staff were courteous.

Excellent diagnostic service
The team found an intermittent engine warning light that another workshop had missed. The scan results were explained clearly and I approved the repair before any parts were fitted.
