Decent overall finish; team quickly resolved small misses
There were a couple of missed polish areas along the rear bumper during initial inspection, but the manager had the technician address them immediately while I waited in the lounge. Good customer recovery.

Average valet experience—some parts great, others skipped
The paintwork and glass came out crystal clear, but the door jams still had dried compound marks and rims were only half wiped down. A mixed bag given the premium tier package.

Clean exterior, but kept waiting over 3 hours past pickup time
The exterior wash and wax were done properly. However, I arrived at the scheduled 2 PM collection time and the car was not ready until past 5 PM with no advance notice. Good workmanship, but scheduling needs serious work.
